How to Apply to Study at WIE Complete a Application Form, either; by Applying Online   download a PDF version of the WIE Application form Print out the form. Fill in your information. Fax, post or email the completed form to WIE  (contact us)           Once your application is received, it will be processed and you will be sent an email from our team letting you know if your application has been successful. You will receive the following: Letter of Offer quoting course information. Tax Invoice, quoting fees and payment information Accommodation Application form (if required) Insurance form (if required) If you are Under 18, you will also receive indemnity documents for your parents to sign.

Students from many countries do not need a visa to enter New Zealand. These include European Union countries, Japan, South Korea and Hong Kong; Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Chile; Saudi Arabia and the UAE. For a full list, see visa free countries.

If you are not from a visa-free country, you will need a visa to come to New Zealand. See Visa Information for more details on which visa is best for you.

Homestay and Airport Pickup

If you would like WIE to arrange homestay accommodation for you, you must  apply at least 4 weeks before your intended arrival in New Zealand, to give us time to find the most suitable family for you.

If you require airport pick up, please send us your flight E-Ticket once you have booked it.

Homestay and Airport pick up will be confirmed after we receive payment of your course fees in full. We aim to confirm your Homestay details (and Airport Pickup, if requested) at least 2 weeks before your arrival. 
 

Public Holidays

WIE is closed on New Zealand Public Holidays. If your course is due to start on a public holiday, the course will start on the following day. For a list of Public Holidays please see our Academic Calendar.
