Marketing Assistant (Casual, Part-time)

Are you fluent in a foreign language and are looking for some part-time marketing/translation work?

We  welcome applications from suitably qualified and experienced people.

Applicants must have:

• Written and spoken fluency in a language other than English (i.e. Japanese, Russian, Portuguese, Thai)

• Understanding of NZ education system and/or experience as an international student.

• Marketing related knowledge and/or experience.

• Experience using social media and marketing techniques.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Exceptional customer service (with experience), interpersonal, organisational, and supervisory skills.

• Be able to work independently with good time management skills.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong computer and analytical skills.

Tasks include the following:

• Assist with marketing strategies and the planning of marketing activities.

• Communicate regularly and serve as a resource to the Marketing Manager.

• Assist with the translating of documents and web pages.

• Manage social media and increase online presence.

• Research and present information and/or reports on market research.

• Support the admissions effort to continue to enrol international students.
